Join Convex Energy’s finance team as a Controller, where you'll manage key accounting functions and help drive our financial success in this exciting industry.Oversee corporate accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, financial consolidation, technical accounting, tax compliance, and revenue recognition.Manage relationships with external accountants to ensure the month-end close process is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Champion ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance internal controls over financial reporting.Assist Finance Management in preparing monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports.Aid executive leadership in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.Collaborate closely with the treasury manager to manage liquidity.Perform financial analyses as needed.
